Principal
91心頭利嫋 is a thriving, co-educational, independent Christian school providing high-quality education for students from Reception to Year 12. Reporting to the College Board and delivering the Boards objectives, the Principal provides strong strategic direction, decisive leadership, effective communication and coordinated management of a high performing staffing cohort. Corporate oversight includes education programs, risk and compliance management, operational, industrial and financial leadership while managing an environment of high standards and accountability.
The Principal carries responsibility for wide-ranging external relationships, championing and positioning the College and maintaining strong engagements with peak bodies such as LEA and LESNW, government, education entities and the Lutheran Church of Australia. We have a number of opportunities available across different learning areas, with the option for suitably experienced applicants to also be considered for a Faculty Leader position. These positions are fixed-term appointments for the 2027 school year to provide leave coverage.
Positions available:

WHS & Property Manager
Full-time permanent role | Salary from $98,220 pa – $106,871 pa
91心頭利嫋 is seeking an experienced and proactive WHS & Property Manager to lead the Colleges work health and safety and property functions. This is a diverse and influential role with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the safety, functionality and ongoing development of our College environment.
Working closely with the Business Manager and College leaders, you will oversee the Colleges WHS Program and Safety Management System, champion a positive and proactive safety culture, and provide specialist advice across a broad range of workplace health and safety matters. From incident and injury management, emergency preparedness and contractor safety through to training, audits and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring our people are supported to work safely and confidently.
The role also provides oversight of the Colleges buildings, grounds and infrastructure, working alongside our Maintenance team and a range of external contractors and service providers. You will coordinate planned and preventative maintenance, property projects, compliance requirements and essential services, while helping to identify and plan for the Colleges future maintenance and infrastructure needs. No two days are likely to look quite the same.
We are looking for someone who combines strong WHS knowledge with practical problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to build positive working relationships across a diverse organisation. You will be comfortable taking ownership, juggling competing priorities and moving between strategic planning and hands-on operational matters. Experience within a school is not essential; what matters is your ability to bring contemporary WHS and property management expertise to a busy, people-focused environment and become a trusted source of advice and support.
